I have been to this P.G Chang twice in mid-afternoon. The food at P.F Change has been ok and I have no complaints. But both times I was there the floor was dirty. There was food on the floor around several tables. The first thing in a restaurant is how clean the seating areas are. I am still going to give 4 stars for the food.
